1, This series roller is based on series 2421 which is driven by sprocket and chain. The roller sprocket is available in numerous sprocket sizes.

2, The plastic sleeves are covered out of the roller tube directly and tightly. Because of plastic sleeves, the goods running on the roller face is quietly and smoothly.

3, This series roller has one double sprocket which is made of steel and is permanently welded with tube.

4, On the head of non-sprocket roller end, it’s assembled by plastic bearing housing which can reduce the noise and prevent the scraps and dusts.

5, To avoid abrasion between the sprocket and chain, the angle between tapered rollers should not exceed 5°.

6, Common load capacity is no bigger than 50kg.

7, Temperature range: -10℃ to 40℃.
